We respond promptly to all communications, provide updates in a timely manner, and prefer to use the method of communication that works best for each client – text, phone calls, email, and in-person meetings as needed.
We simplify paperwork by using electronic signatures and making digital copies of paperwork available to our clients.
We also personally schedule any inspections and/or contractors, meeting them at the home to provide access as needed.
